Service Description

We understand that life can present many challenges, and seeking support can be a difficult step. That’s why we offer phone or video counselling sessions, for your convenience. Our 50-minute sessions can be done in the comfort of your own home, allowing you to prioritize your mental health without sacrificing your daily routine. Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellation to avoid any fees.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact me 24 hours before the consultation booking. A fee will be incurred for changes to bookings within 24 hours. The fee will be 50% of the session price.
